Oxana Karakhova is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Management of DAIMLER KAMAZ RUS OOO; she graduated from Kama Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Technological Processes and Production Automation.

Oxana Karakhova began her career in Russian companies specializing in the armored vehicles production. She has 15 years of experience in the finance gained in large Russian and international companies. From 2006 to 2009, Mrs. Karakhova was in charge of the Finance & Economic Department of the Russian-American joint venture Cummins KAMA, leader in the engine production.

Oxana Karakhova joined DAIMLER KAMAZ RUS in December 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer. During her work in the company, Mrs. Karakhova has developed all the major business processes from the scratch and leads acquisition, merging and takeover projects.

Since September 18, 2018, Oxana Karakhova has also been in charge of the Business Unit FUSO, managing its sales, after-sales, product-related and marketing processes.
