DAIMLER KAMAZ RUS OOO is the general distributor of Mercedes-Benz trucks & special trucks, FUSO trucks, and Mercedes-Benz and Setra coaches & buses; it is also the official producer of Mercedes-Benz and FUSO trucks & special trucks.

On November 24, 2009, the German corporation Daimler AG and the Russian automotive manufacturer KAMAZ signed an agreement on the establishment of two joint ventures based on the strategic partnership between Daimler AG, KAMAZ PTC, State Corporation Rostekhnologii, and the Troyka Dialog investment bank. Daimler AG and KAMAZ PTC hold 50% of DAIMLER KAMAZ RUS stock each. The company started its operations in February 2010. On September 30, 2010 DAIMLER KAMAZ RUS launched a domestic CKD-production of Mercedes-Benz trucks in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The company has offices in Moscow and Naberezhnye Chelny. The dealer and service network of Mercedes-Benz trucks covers the largest cities of the central part of Russia, Siberia, and the Far East and continues its intense expansion in all the regions of Russia. International carriers can experience services of the biggest 24/7 Mercedes-Benz service network in Europe.
